Photography plays a fundamental role in my practice as a tool for observation, research, and documentation. ENE
I attended a MECA experimental music session at El Centro de Arte Los Galpones featuring E.N.E. (Experimental Noise Experience), a Venezuelan improvisational ensemble. An afternoon of ambient, noise, and free-form sonic exploration.

Carmen
This weekend I attended a special experimental adaptation of *Carmen*, featuring my friend Janis Denis in the title role. A powerful performance bringing together opera, physical expression, dance, music, and circus.

El Makinazo
Makinacrea—which is an organization in its own right, in addition to being a recording studio and creative hub—organized “El Makinazo,” a concert held just outside the studio featuring several Venezuelan rock bands to close out the year; one of them was my favorite, Magumma.

B95-11 Presentado por Silencio Intervenido
