A look into the process behind EXP_BOG.ECL, my audiovisual performance for Expanded Code Live at the Bogotá Experimental Film Festival — from concept development to building a fully generative system linking VCV Rack and Unreal Engine in real time.

EXP_BOG.ECL is a hybrid project that merges a conceptual album and a generative audiovisual performance into a single living work. It premiered as part of the Expanded Code Live program at the Bogotá Experimental Film Festival 2025.

«Lunar 79» is a patch inspired by the Solar 42 Ambient Machine synthesizer by Elta Music, or that was at the beginning, it changes every day adapting to my needs.

Tejidos is an audiovisual proposal that merges the talent and creativity of artists Camil Camil , Rafael Durand, and P3P510 in this unique collaboration, we explore the intersection between creative communication and art, weaving a map of sensory experiences that intertwine to create an immersive spectacle.

On my last birthday, I attended a presentation featuring Concepción Huerta and others at Avant.dev gallery.

I held an extraordinary audiovisual presentation at the ‘Jaime Torres Bodet’ Cultural Center of IPN in Mexico City, organized by my friends Jorge and Gaby from F3 Studio in collaboration with the Cultural Diffusion Department of IPN. This marked my first live presentation in years and first three months in Mexico.

I was working on my next presentation at the IPN, a quiet night with a couple of beers.

I used an algorithm to create a unique visual experience for the music video of “Springtime in Croatia.” Starting with lines and dots, I created a neural network-like structure that reacted with sound, resulting in a mesmerizing display. The final result captures the song’s feeling perfectly, and I’m thrilled with how it turned out.
