Little Neighbors and Their Goats

I don’t need to say anything extra about this 2020 that is not on everyone’s mind, surely everyone has lived it differently according to their circumstances, I could complain a lot, because it has been terrible, but in perspective I am privileged to have been where I am, in my birthplace, back in Guanare, in the countryside, where I can watch time go by from my backyard.

The other day I found some goats eating the weeds, at once I went to look for my camera to take some pictures and vary the theme of these months a bit.

When I returned I met with their owners, a group of small children who were herding the goats, neighbors of the campesinos neighborhoods that surround the place where I live, and I had a pleasant time making photos, seeing how they had fun with their goats, or rather as the goats herded the children without control, it was a change to have a little human interaction, I tried to keep my distance and not forget that we are in the middle of a pandemic, but after a while I already had the children around me wanting to see the photos in the camera.

I have been a bit apathetic about going out to take photos, but this made me a little excited about photography, hopefully it will be the beginning of a return of my My Week in Pictures section, we will see.
